In order to accomplish our Mission effectively, we employ the GSE Process:
After extensive study, Dr. Tony Webb identified two primary challenges in the traditional approach to church planting:
Planting churches one by one is less effective than fostering church multiplication.
High financial costs often present significant barriers.
Through God’s provision of wisdom and discernment, Dr. Webb developed a response to these challenges, leading to the establishment of the first Gatherers, Shepherds, and Elders (GSE) church in 2007. Today, Dr. Webb travels nationally and internationally, training and equipping believers to initiate church multiplication movements guided by the vision: any person, any place, any time.
The GSE church planting process is highly cost-effective; however, it demands a substantial investment of time, prayer, and personal engagement in sharing the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our culture is evolving at an accelerating pace, leaving many feeling isolated, confused, and discouraged. Yet as believers, we are not without hope. We possess the Gospel, which brings salvation, clarity, and lasting hope.
While we remain steadfast in the unchanging message of the Gospel, we recognize the need to reconsider the process by which we engage people with the truth of God’s Word and invite them into Christ’s harvest.
Our beliefs about the harvest shape our actions in the harvest.
If we believe the harvest is plentiful, we will commit abundant resources to it. If we believe the harvest is small, our investment will be minimal.
We must not allow the current condition of our churches or personal circumstances to dictate our response to the harvest. Scripture declares that the fields are white and ready for harvest. The critical question is: What proactive work am I doing in response to this truth?
Movement happens through the church family.
It is time to reevaluate our understanding of “church” and empower the church to multiply churches. The moment is now.
Acts 16:5 (NASB) reminds us:
“So the churches were being strengthened in the faith, and were increasing in number daily.”
Following this example from the early church, our vision is to start or reinvigorate a church a day in every region where we serve.
We invite you to join us on this journey and become a vital part of this mission. Many are perishing without Christ — we cannot stand by.
Any person, any place, any time — including you.
